"OPUS: 빛갈래 봉우리"는 마음을 울리는 서술형 어드벤처 게임입니다. 주인공은 어느 날 환상의 영역에 발을 들이게 됩니다. 그리고 손에 든 오래된 카메라의 렌즈를 통해 덧없고 아름다운 세계를 배회하며 잃어버린 기억의 조각을 모아 진정한 "돌아가는 길"을 찾습니다. 여정의 끝에서 주인공은 무엇과 마주치게 될까요?

주인공은 번잡한 도시에서 벗어나 고향으로 돌아가는 길을 택합니다. 그러나 운명은 생각지도 못한 방향으로 주인공을 이끌어 나갑니다.
현실과 환상이 교차하는 웅장한 산이 솟은 미지의 세계에서, 주인공은 갑자기 나타난 신비한 소녀와 마주칩니다. 그리고 이 만남을 계기로 주인공의 "귀향"은 전혀 다른 색채를 띠게 됩니다.
오래된 카메라 파인더를 볼 때마다 현실과 환상의 경계선이 점차 희미해집니다. 파인더에는 단순한 풍경만이 비치고 있지는 않습니다. 아련하면서도 가슴 한구석이 뭉클해지는, 진실의 조각들이 비치고 있지요.
주인공은 직접 발로 뛰며 단서를 찾습니다. 그 단서는 신비한 산에 숨은 진실의 이정표인 동시에 주인공의 마음 깊숙한 곳으로 이어지는 또 하나의 "돌아가는 길"일 수도 있습니다.
게임 특징:
촬영 시스템
파인더를 통해 비치는 풍경은 단순한 풍경이 아닙니다. 풍경은 이 세계를 얼마나 이해하고 "보고" 있는지를 나타내고 있습니다. 세계 구석구석에 숨은 의미를 찾아내어 그 마음을 담아 사진을 찍어 나가다 보면 이 세계의 진실이 조금씩 선명해집니다.
주인공이 든 오래된 카메라는 신비한 세계를 이해하기 위한 둘도 없는 안내자가 되어줄 것입니다.
기억을 잃은 소녀
기억을 잃은 소녀. 확실하지는 않지만 한 가지 사명만은 기억하고 있습니다. 그것은 "한 어른이 시련이 극복하는 과정을 도와야 한다"는 것인데요. 소녀는 주인공의 중요한 파트너로서 함께 미지의 세계에서 발생하는 갖가지 곤경과 수수께끼를 마주하며 여정을 안내합니다.
현혹의 리얼리즘이 물들이는 향수 어린 감정
이 세계는 현실이라고 착각할 만큼 현실과 비슷한 장소임과 동시에, 모든 것이 확실하게 사라질 운명에 처한 곳이기도 합니다.
여기에는 "신령"이라는 이름의 동물들만 조용히 살아가고 있습니다. 그리고 신령들은 자신들의 모습이 사진에 담기면 완전히 사라지지는 않을 것이라 믿습니다.
현실의 기억이 아스러지듯이 이 세계도 천천히, 한편으론 확실하게 사라지고 있습니다. 이 덧없는 세계에서 오래된 카메라를 지닌 주인공은 사라지는 존재들의 마지막 증인이기도 합니다.
신들과의 유대
주인공이 마주하는 신령들과의 관계는 그 순간순간의 선택으로 조금씩 변합니다. 신령들과 나누는 말, 신경들을 생각하는 마음, 사진에 담긴 감정… 이 모든 것이 쌓여 유대 관계를 형성하고, 그 관계는 주인공의 운명에도 영향을 미칩니다.
신령들과 쌓아 올린 유대 관계에 따라, 주인공이 여정의 끝에서 마주하게 되는 결말은 사뭇 달라질 수 있습니다.

OPUS 시리즈를 고대하던 사람으로서 전작의 한글미지원은 뼈아팠지만,
신작이 한글로 무사히 발매될수있어서 너무나도 기쁩니다.
출시하자마자 퇴근하고 달려서 노말엔딩을 보았는데 너무 만족스럽니다.
마치 신카이 마코토의 작품속을 플레이하는듯한 경험은 정말이지 황홀하기까지 합니다.
제작진들의 다음작품도 응원하면서 남은 엔딩은 이후 천천히 해보록 하겠습니다.
